To this day, I still believe it easily has the best character acting/voices. I don't even think its that close - it's easily better than the first Uncharted and Mass Effect (haven't play U2 yet). It also had a hugely epic final boss.
I didn't like the Six Axis stuff much, though. And the combat wasn't QUITE perfect.
