I'd like to know how freaking hard it is to talk to a living, breathing person when calling Xbox's customer support number. I can't recover my gamertag because "Xbox LIVE signup is currently unavailable" or whatever the hell that means, and I spend 10 minutes going in circles with machines that are programmed to think people are stupid. This is absolutely a pain in the ass, I guess my gamertag is screwed now, mind you for no freaking reason at all, just because I decided to recover it on someone else's harddrive. I'll never make that mistake again, in fact, I'm really wondering whether to renew my subscription when it expires in a week or so. I'd like to punch somebody right now.
