the OoT score is "possibly less accurate", but it isn't saying that it is innaccurate.

I completely agree with the next paragraph. This error of the mean doesn't take confounding variables into effect. It doesn't say whether OoT's score should be higher or lower, in fact, both are equally possible.

And I agree with the next paragraph. Those people are wrong. It is just as likely to go up as it is to go down.

Go back and read what I wrote before and you will see that I already agreed with you.
