That... doesn't actually make sense... statistically speaking.
It's a +3, -3. Meaning there is an equal chance for both. The score is less percise however it could either be higher or lower by +3,-3.
It could of just as eaisly been rated even higher.
Also, your margins of error are off, and your ignoring outside factors, such as the fact that the games were rated in different eras and that scores on average are higher now then they were during the PS1 era.
In reality when cross comparing generations games of this generation would have to be adjusted down.
