Fairly difficult, only because it takes 2-3 shots to die and enemies are deadly accurate with bullets and grenades. Overall though, it's not nearly as bad as the first (that godawful church level made me want to chuck my controller!). The enemies at the end of the game, the mid-boss at the end of the train, and the tank will surely give more trouble than they're worth, so that's nerve-wracking.
