Yup and what's crazy is that the success of RE 4 inspired Gears of War which inspired countless other 3rd person games and the cover system in Killzone 2.
Shame that they stayed behind the times and didn't improve enough on RE 4 because at the time I thought that game was one of the best I've ever played even though the tension was mostly gone it was still a good game and fun to play. 5 on the other hand is mostly boring, too easy and the partner AI was annoying it should have only been optional.
