For me i think it'd depend on what organs.
I've really got no problem with it unless it's like someones heart or something that you NEED to live.
I mean, honestly the biggest argument i've seen against it is "The poor will feel pressured to donate their organs."
However, those arguements always seem to ring false to me because it's not like the poor will be MORE poor if organ selling is legal. They'll be just as poor as they are now.
It reminds me of child labor laws.
Great in the first world... but do you know what the main sideffect of child labor laws in 3rd world countries is? Dead children.
There is of course worries about organ stealers, but this already happens... I don't see this being legal increasing that buisness too much so long as it's properly regulated.
