To me it sounds like it's going to be a cheap browser based type game where you get a bunch of friends and stuff happens...
Not be anything like "real" civilization really.
Hey I may be wrong though, but I just expect it to be like those other sites where you try and spam a bunch of people to join your civilization so you can beat others.
