Well yeah for one. Punishing people for inciting hatred is restricting freedom of speech. A very unliberal thing to do.

I just feel that when you start doing that youre going to far, im only talking about people who actually say "this person should die because they are such and such", if people are saying that seriously with malice, then im okay with them getting a warning of some sort, that seems like one step from actually carrying out that harm.
