In catholic church they cant turn you in from what you have confessed. In South America there were some priests that turned in people that were socialists to the dictatorships in the 70s and these people got tortured/killed/or sent to exile. These priests will be remembered as traitors because they made a promise of not confessing whatever you say to them.
