Here's something fanboys on both sides of the HD war can use:
when a game - exclusive or otherwise - receives critical acclaim from reviewers, and super-hype because of that much to the annoyance of those on the opposing side, here's something you can say:

"The reason the game scored so highly is due to the comparative lack of good games on that system."

Here's an example:
PS3 warrior: "Everyone must buy U2! 96 on metacritic!!! PS3 best platform evar!!!" and makes 50k threads on it
reply: "Well, that's only because all the rest of the games on that platform are bad, and when a decent game finally comes out it has positive reviews all over it like flies on stink."

or:
X360 Berserker: "Bayonetta on X360 got 2 points more on Famitsu than the PS3 version!!! the PS3 version must be manufactured from pure suck!!" and makes 50k threads on it
reply: "Well, that's only because all the rest of the games on that platform are bad, and when a decent game finally comes out it has positive reviews all over it like flies on stink."

I really should charge people for this advice, but I'm feeling generous today.

Discliamer: 1 not to be taken seriously
2 not to be attempted without responsible adult supervision
3 to be taken with a truckload of salt.
4 look twice before crossing the road
5 all fans rock, but it's the small number of extremist fanboys that ruin everything for everyone else
6 This post meant to illustrate the ridiculousness of certain types of fanboy behaviour and hopefully discourage its use in forums in the future.

7 Why can't we all just get along?
