Here was the PM I sent him:
Here was the response:
I've been trying to determine if these are all listen servers run locally by one client or hosted on IW.Net. If the host drops, does the game end? Does IW.Net "test" the host to see if they have adequate system and/or bandwidth to handle the load? If peer-to-peer, is there some type of "load distribution" or is everything in the hands of the "host"? Thanks in advance if you can answer these questions.
Here was the response:
Locally hosted, chosen by IWNet based on a number of criteria (ping, bandwidth, CPU, etc...) The game includes host migration for cases when the host leaves.
So looks like it's totally peer-to-peer. I wish I'd thought to ask the bandwidth needed per client, as my guess would be 128K each, which is pretty standard, although it's possible that 64-96k would be sufficient if the netcode is very tight. Anyways, thought you guys might like some updated info.

note: the OP says P2P, but it's not. the server is fully working only in the host machine.
one IW also replied to a question about the "playlists" and it's lol, a joke. I won't paste everything though...
basically, they'll add some playlists and options and based on LOL! feedback they'll "patch" it and add new ones!!! this is so funny... what the fuck are they doing???
the words above were backed by NUCLEAR WEAPONS!
