i'm not sure what I would be willing to pay for live. I will say that this gen a 360 was my first console. i felt cheated that i couldn't play online without paying more money but also felt that $50 was too much for me (by principle, i have more than enough money in the bank) and decided to buy a ps3 instead. so whatever dollar amount i'm willing to pay, it is less than the current $50/year.
