This is probably the most bizarre thing you've ever said.
Interpreted figuratively, it means that they have no secret projects, which is not possible, since Zelda is a secret project to some degree and there are very probably more.
Interpreted lirerally.... well, yes, they do. "Hiding in the wings" in this case would be in the wings of a building, sectioned off where casual visitors would not see the thing in question.
