Wow, I love them both so much, it's a tough decision. I remember having friends over night for Halo 2 parties, some of the greatest gaming memories for me, I can never forget them. Those days, I would play Halo 2 all day/night online etc. It would be filled with laughter, and just plain fun.
I vote 360, since it is a better console, but the xbox takes the cake when it comes to pleasant memories.
