You can get it in the UK for £25 a year easily. I have had 5 years worth of subs for nothing buying controller and game packs with 3 - 12 month subs entering all the codes selling the games and controllers for pretty much what I paid for them on ebay.
So if you have half a brain it costs little or nothing.
Anyway I digress. WOuld I pay £50 ayear ? Yes Would I pay £100 . Yes. WOuld I move to PSN or p.c gamming etc ? No. Why ? All my friends are on live and at the end of the day you pay for whay you get. You cant get a p.c rig that does games anything like a 360 for £200 in fact you struggle to get a decent graphics card for that.
As for PSN it might be free but its also rubbish. No proper party system or unified comms. 8 player party chat. Lobby systems cross game messaging and voice comms..
Etc etc etc.
In any event they wont put the price up why would they it makes so much money for MS already they wont spoil the best and most successful subscription based console gamming platform will they.
