Definitely the 360. I think its multimedia capabilities are often overlooked.
For example, in my apartment we only get the basic cable out of the wall provided by our complex because we're college students and are too cheap to pay for anything better. However, my 360 can function as a media center extender for my HP media center PC which has a coax input, and the 2 together can still function as a DVR.
Of course the enormous library is also a factor as well...
