Is it true every closing COMPUSA store is selling PS3 games for 30-40% off?

I read on some other forum that someone said they selling PS3 games for 30-40% off at every closing down COMPUSA store. I tried calling the 1 nearest me in NJ but noone picked up. I was wondering if anyone can confirm this for me.
