A faster blu-ray player is an obvious feature for the PS4 so PS3 game compatibility is a no-brainer and with the faster disc reader installs may not be necessary if the games are available and downloaded off of PSN.
PS2 backwards compatibility is likely. The number one thing that Sony needs to include with their next console even if they change almost absolutely nothing else is to increase the ammount of RAM. It's the PS3's single greatest bottleneck. Given enough RAM, the PS4 should be able to emulate PS2 games fairly easily even without the PS2 CPU or GPU.
I don't entirely expect SACD or Other OS support to return for the PS4. It's possible, but I would imagine that Sony is going to want to keep the cost down for the PS4 as much as possible at launch and there are plenty of other features that are in much greater demand. One thing I expect from the PS4 is that it will feature a lot more USB ports. I'd say 6 is probably a good number with at least one or two of them located on the back of the console.
