In some ways I feel that they shouldn't of had backwards compatability when the PS3 first came out. It became the first console to be able to play 3 generations of games using the actual discs. That seemed like an expensive move. But then there was a bit of a game drought about 7 months much like with PS2 . I got to like the feature being there.
It's just weird for them to take away features after each remolding and makes the costumer wary.
Go Team Venture! I still don't get the Wii, PS Move, and Kinect.
