Maybe. I think the bigger thing against that is that Final Fantasy XIII went multiplatform. It was originally intended to be Microsoft's answer to Final Fantasy. Trying to figure out what Sakaguchi is working on by reading his blog is like trying to break secret code though, so it's hard to say.
