Incredible Microsoft and Nintendo ignorance

I have to deal with a lot of folks that either refer to DVDs in one of 2 ways:

1) Tapes

2) Cd's

I have to ask, do you mean VHS tapes or DVDs? and do you mean CD as in music, or a DVD?
