I'm fairly sure they didn't, and that's why I decided to discredit the site. The other very recent article that had Uncharted 2 as the #1 most artistic game this gen right after it got released should cement the point. Maybe they did or didn't play it before the American release, but I'm very very sure they timed the list to coincide with Demons Souls hitting stores outside of Japan, which makes me think they just played it now and it's fresh in their mind. Even if they did play it before though, my comment was that they had an agenda to plug Demons Souls, and that is most likely true. You took it from there and interpreted it as them not having played it before, but that doesn't excuse the fact that they have an agenda.
Regarding our site, I don't think we would put five boss fights all stemming from Sony's consoles. I don't have an issue with any distinct example. It's the fact that all of them are there that strikes out at me.
I really can't believe that you can't see the bias though outside of MGS4 being in one list. Do you need more examples? There are more.
