Nah, can't happen with Mario Kart Wii around.
EDIT: 1st week for GTA4 (excluding whatever the PC sales were) was 5.925m. MW2 has like 2.3m preorders right now. Might have 3.15m by the time it releases. I see it being in the 4.6m-5.0m range for the first week. Reaching GTA4 may be too much, but the preorders could skyrocket in the next few weeks.
