You don't have to accept an EULA when you buy HW, only when you install SW.
Anyhow, MS is free to screw people, people are free to talk and whine, if so they wish. People are also free to avoid buying MS whenever possible and still talk, complain or whine. And neither you nor MS can do anything to avoid this, so stop, well, no, sorry, feel free to keep on whining about whining, there's freedom of speech, after all.
