That's pretty unlikely IMHO. I think Reach will be great, but Bungie just don't seem to focus on graphics to that extent. No Halo game has ever been an envelope pusher graphically. Bungie have always balanced making the game look nice with gameplay, coop, etc. - to great effect. Unless Reach marks a sea change it will likely not even compete graphically with titles already out, like Killzone 2.
Just my view based on previous Halo games. I think ODST shows they have improved the engine, but I don't see a huge leap coming between ODST and Reach.
Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...
