Price Drop? You have to remember 360 can always be cheaper than PS3.

it already is $100 cheaper than the ps3

He should have said, it can always be 50% cheaper than PS3. It should be $149/249. Only thing holding them back is their plans for Natal bundling.
Also, I have a feeling this thread was started because someone is upset at all the attention Natal is getting while Sony's Wand "Sphere" tech is getting nothing in comparison.
I mean, he even tries to shrug it off as if Sony doesn't want their wand to be a main aspect of the console and are only devoting a minor effort to it. He even thinks R&D on Natal is more than the Sony Wand? The Sony Wand has been in development since PS2 days!!! The only reason you are posting this is because all the developers, news outlets, industry leaders, etc. are supporting Natal, giving great feedback about it, or are very overall enthusiastic about it and it's completely overshadowing the PS3's motion control attempts right now and you are feeling a little sour about it.
At least that's the impression I get. Forgive me if you genuinely did not realize this.

Im sure I'm not the only one that thinks MS is relying very heavily on Natal and Sony has never really relied on motion controls that much
|
No of course not. That's why they tacked on SixAxis at the last second to try and combat the Wii's motion controls, and that's why they are nearly directly copying Nintendo with their upcoming motion technology. Sony hasn't relied on motion in the past, and neither has MS. But both are relying on it now. MS is just in a much better position thanks to the overwhelmingly possitive reception it has had with Natal as compared to the miniscule one Sony's Wand has had.
So it looks like things are good for MS ahead. Possibly a bit rougher for Sony, though.
