If you are still undecided, just don't put anything. If you want to put something, decide by the time you take the actual SAT's. Also think if you want the help in college or not, and decide if you think it is the right or wrong thing to do. If you are in a position that a minority may be in(economically hindered I guess would be a good word) then do it. If you are in a position that you could go through college fine then there will probably be a time where you would think that you are just taking advantage of the situation. Also, since your last name is a swedish one(assuming you took your Father's name like pretty much everybody does) then it might lead to some confliction, but otherwise it should work well legally.
