You know that's not going to happen. The IP has changed hands, no-one seems to want to clarify who exactly owns what with regards to the IP, denials have been proven to mean nothing plenty of times with other titles in the past, and EA is commited primarily to mulitiplatform support.
I suspect the odds of ME2 hitting PS3 are very slim, but the rumours aren't going to die until either ME3 is annouced and ME2 still hasn't appeared on PS3, or if is eventually annouced from PS3.
I'll be getting it on PC anyway so don't really care - but I expect there will be plenty more rumours in the coming months.
Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...
