9.3 Lots of things to do, good story / events, big open world city to explore, a game my girlfriend liked to play and watch as well. 
Could have been far more ambitious with regard to taking advantage of PS3's Blu-Ray capacity / streaming and the Cell's SPUs for such a major high budget production, IMO this is one of those games where this could have had a very good impact. I didn't like the overly pronounced gay-friend in the later missions.
