But seriously. If ME2 was going to be timed exclusive it's for sure MS would have a gag clause regarding any PS3 port in their contract with Bioware until a certain period has elapsed after ME2 has been released.
Alternatively if ME2 is a permanent exclusive then Bioware would simply be ethically required to clarify any mis-statement a representative may have made regarding PS3.
So either way Bioware would have to say pretty much what they've said. Until something is confirmed otherwise though you have to accept that ME2 isn't coming to PS3. It will be a shame if it ends up being the best RPG this gen and not available on PS3, but PS3 still has plenty of good RPGs in its stable.
