I think Heavy Rain will come out in early summer, just like blockbuster movies, since after all that's what genre it touches.
The Last Guardian will be a September release in my opinion, too. It's not big enough to release in October or November, but it could do reasonably well with a release just before the holiday rush.
I'm incredibly curious to know what Insomniac will bring to the table in Q4 2010.
