Everyone saying his connection sucks for gaming is wrong. You don't need ridiculously high bandwidth to do online gaming. His connection speed is more than enough to play and game online. The only problem he will run into is if any other device connected to the router is trying to get on the internet, or download something, then he will get lag. Just make sure no one else in the house is trying to send a giant email with pictures/video or something.
