I myself have no idea how much will it cost to own the IP but I would really like if Sony is the new owner cause they never milk their franchises.They only make a new game after a substantial gap and they put alot of emphasis on quality and give proper development time to the game.

just do some searching before you post.Till the time Crash Bandicoot was owned by Sony,it was considered one of the best franchise.Once they sold the IP,other companies started milking it and the franchise went to hell
