Japanese games never fall just stay same as last gen. Western games is better than last gen but still behind Japan in terms of quality and sales. The reason this happen becuase Japan market is not growing while Western had grown a lot. At least Japanese sales still sell a lot in West while Western games did not sell in Japan.
