Does Universal Healthcare include Illegal Immigrants?

I don't support it at all. It's like giving free food and hospitality to someone that just randomly walked into your house without your permission. Now, while that happens all the time in RPGs, that's just uncommon in real life. I have no problem with them trying to make a better life for themselves, but the benefits of being an American citizen shouldn't be given for people whom aren't citizens.

One reason for giving illegal aliens free healthcare is that people can catch stuff from them.

I'm just curious how it works in other nations.

I beleive in France Illegal Aliens aren't covered.  David Sedaris mentioned it before.

Viruses and diseases spread regularly yearly in the U.S., whether people have healthcare or not. You can still be in the transmission stage and not feel the effects yet. And most illegal immigrants will continue working jobs even if they have healthcare, since they need the money anyways.
