guys console breaks. He only uses it for Folding@Home and as a BlurRay player and is apparently a techno-geek who's pretty anal about his equipment. He calls customer service, they don't want the PS3 because there's no receipt. He yells for a while that there's no receipt because it was a gift and they eventually agree to take it.
He waits a while with no contact and calls them. After going through the receipt business again he finds out there are mysterious pictures he can't see of dust inside his console and they can't fix it unless he pays $150. He complains up the chain and eventually comes to one bitch that says he can go through whoever he wants because it will all go back to her and she will say no. He tries to ask for the pictures and she won't show him unless he subpeona's Sony and ends it at that.
In one word: shitty.
