I downloaded it BUT! before you moan I have the retail game (LE) on pre-order and I have already paid for it, i'm just able to play it a little early then when I get the retail game I can throw this one away.

Totally worth the wait!, and to be honest, a game like this is SO good you wouldn't want to not buy it!
