One time I got a pimple on my penis. I actually freaked out and thought it was an STD myself for a few hours before I came to my senses and realized what it was. But anyway, I wasn't about to go around with no zit on my wang. So I cauterized a needle and stabbed into the fucker. Now I have a battle scar, and since it's on really stretchy tissue that can ya know, get really big when the time is right, it looks really funny.
If you don't want the battle scar, put lots of aloe on it before and after you break it. And if you don't break it, just put lots of aloe on it every morning and night to help it heal smoothly.
