Nope, there are licensing fees to pay on consoles, where as there aren't any for PC.

Have the royalty fees gone up this generation? Last generation games cost $50. Games still cost $50 on the Wii, so is Nintendo's royalty cut $10 less than Sony and Microsoft? Seems unlikely.
