I agree that HL2 doesnt look as good as games mentioned above but I dont think that says anything about the game itself and and makes it better or worse...
Is Castlevania SOTN worse than Shadow Complex cause it doesnt look as cool? No, infact its superior in every way.
Like Zen said, HL2 looks cool for when its made and what its trying to do...
