Which place you think the next GTA should use?

i am European (Portuguese) and i would like to see it in a European city but (nothing against the land of the queen) not London please... they drive in the wrong side of the road... it would be weird for most of us... i think Rome or Barcelona would be awesome cities for it as my city Porto or Oporto as is internationally known would also... but if you want a SA kind of environment i would suggest a Greek city or an Algarve GTA... Monaco would be awesome too in a Las Vegas kind of way....
