They're all made on PC, then ported to consoles, so It doesn't matter if they were released on consoles first or not. They do it because it's cheaper.

I can definitely bet you that atleast FFXIII and will come to PC. Hell, Nvidia even announced it in their own website (it was removed moments after). My guess is they already have some sort of deal with Nvidia for it.
Square Enix is starting to bet more and more on PC gaming. They first released Last Remnant to test the waters, and now are going to publish more PC games than Xbox360 or PS3 games.

 

I know they're all made on PC, but they weren't made for PC. Big difference there.

And I really doubt FFXIII will be coming to PC, but if it is I'll pick that up instead of PS3.
