Already own a xbox 360 with about 80+ games.  Its time for me to upgrade my xbox360 and have a 2nd 360 in my bedroom for netflix.

Why not get rid of the 360 to get a better 360?   Why do you actually need a 2nd 360, does the first one not run Netflix?

I have a feeling that my xbox 360 will die soon.  I had since launch and I don't think M$ will cover the repair if it dies.  Getting a new 360 + 3 years warrantty from M$ is the way to go for me right now.
