This game has it all. I was most skeptical about the online component, but they didn't half ass it in anyway. I played the same co-op mission 3 times in a row last night (because I kept getting out voted on which mission to do) and it was an awesome experience each time. I can see myself easily spending more time online on this, than I did with KZ2 and COD4.
