From a technical perspective any game on PC can have "better graphics" then Uncharted 2. You could play World of Warcraft at an Ultra high resolution with X5000 Anti aliasing and technically that would be better "graphics" then Uncharted 2. But that wouldn't mean it would be a better looking game simply because Uncharted 2 still has a better presentation.
Anyway any time you see someone post a pic of Crysis looking better then Uncharted 2 they are usually running it with the code modified with a rig that has multiple GPU's and a octocore processor and when you see it in motion it lags and stutters. That's more of a complement to the PS3's power then anything.
