I had a bug where after doing an action, the analog stick indicator was on the screen (to perform a context action or something) and even though I stopped doing what I was doing, the indicator stayed on the screen and it wouldn't let me pick up any weapons or ammo.
..... long story short, death came quickly.
I also had a very hard time on one of the ropes you swing on. For whatever reason, every time I tried to swing, it would always end up falling short and I'd fall to my doom. Yet somehow, I was able to complete the swing by total accident even though it felt like the exact same thing I was doing before which led to a trip down the pit of death.
