...Let me be clear. I think Dragon Age will be the better game. I have very little doubt. However, I think Demon Souls needs the support more.

If by "technically" you mean graphically, then you've never played ME for PC. If you mean in your opinion, then your opinion isn't technical.

Demons Soul's is an absolutely breathtaking game, and definitely a better game than Dragon Age: Origins will be, at least looking at the current available material for DA:O.

What current material available for Dragon Age are you referring to? As far as I am aware, nobody on these boards has played the game. Way to proclaim something better than something you haven't played that hasn't even been released yet.
