Metacritic doesn't add games until at most a month before release.

There are tons of games in their database that aren't releasing in the next month.  Nov. 1st just seems a popular choice.  You'll notice that FF Versus XIII comes out November 1, 2010, as does Metal Gear Solid: Rising.

I meant they don't add games to the sidebar where the recent and upcoming games are at.
