Depends on how you define "Nintendo." If we're looking at the whole scope of EAD, they deserve to be #1, but that's a functional problem of comparing developers. Infinity Ward seems to be incapable of more than 1 project at a time, Naughty Dog slightly more than that (are they doing the PSP Jak & Daxter?), whereas Nintendo has the five cores of EAD (EAD 1-4 and Tokyo). SEGA is waaay to broad, in that respect
Makes it hard to compare them, as i said.
